  • Where can I find my order details?

After your order has shipped, we will send you email notification or you can log into your account and click on "My Orders" for more details.



  • Can I change my shipping address / size of an item?

Yes, you can. It includes changing sizes or the color of an item, removing an item, and changing your shipping address . Please contact our Customer Service.
Please note that we can help you modify your order BEFORE shipment.

Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.



  • Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can contact our Customer Service for assistance.


Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.



  • How long does delivery normally take?


You will receive your order in 7 -14 business days from the date that the payment has been received.



  • How can I track my order?


After your order has shipped, we will send you email notification for you to track your order.



  • Where is my order?

Your estimated delivery date including processing time and delivery time – please allow up to this date for your order to arrive. Please check the Shipping Info page for details.


You’ll be able to follow your order as it's been sent with trackable service. To check this, all you need to do is log into your account and check "Track" under "My Orders" to follow your parcel.


If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven't received your order, please contact our Customer Service for further help.



  •        How can I return items?

You can return the items to our Hong Kong  warehouse by SF express or you can return the items to our retail stores.

  • What items can't be returned?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Accessories (except scarves and bags ) and special price items

  • How do I receive my full refund?

Returns will be processed within 14 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your mi-tu online store credit.


Your store credit will expire half year from the month that the activity is carried out. For example, if you earned the points on Jan 01 2024, they would expire on July 01, 2024.


Note Refunds will be initiated for items only, other fees like shipping charges are non refundable.
